Online Monitoring Control System for Oil Vapour Recovery
The Yuan Online Monitoring Control System for Oil Vapour Recovery is a monitoring system developed in accordance with the “Standards for Atmospheric Pollution Emission from Gas Stations” (GB20952-2020), as well as the standards and requirements for oil vapour recovery at gas stations. This system consists of an air-liquid ratio display terminal, vortex flowmeter, air-liquid ratio controller, proportional valve, data module, and gas detector. It achieves the online monitoring function of oil vapour recovery based on various standards, namely monitoring the air-liquid ratio, sealing performance, liquid resistance value, and gas concentration, and achieving the required national standards through process control.

Innovative Dynamic Closed-loop Control Technology
Based on 20 years of R&D experience in the field of gas flow measurement and the internationally leading vortex flow measurement technology, Komajie has innovatively developed a new generation of oil vapor recovery vortex flow meters, achieving precise and stable measurement of oil and gas. At the same time, the gas-liquid ratio control module based on advanced measurement technology can quickly adjust the opening degree of the proportional valve and the rotational speed of the vacuum pump according to the precise flow data, thereby enabling real-time control of the oil and gas extraction volume of the fuel dispenser in response to changes in the fueling volume, ensuring that the gas-liquid ratio data meets the national standards (Standards for Atmospheric Pollutant Emission from Gas Stations, GB20952-2020) during each effective fueling process.

Turbulent Flow Digital Differential Technology
Yuan possesses patented turbulent flow digital differential technology. The unique dual probe design combined with digital signal processing algorithms can effectively address the measurement signal interference caused by the vibration of the vacuum pump for oil vapor recovery during refueling. It provides accurate and stable measurement of oil and gas flow.
Closed-loop Control of Gas-Liquid Ratio
Kometech, based on its own flow measurement technology, has developed a gas-liquid ratio controller. This controller can collect the refueling volume and calculate the gas-liquid ratio based on the suction volume of the oil vapor recovery pump. It then performs closed-loop control according to the gas volume ratio valve or NP pump. This technology enables the gas-liquid ratio data of the refueling machine to remain stable over the long term, eliminating the need for pump replacement and allowing for NP pump control for refueling machines that already have NP pumps, significantly reducing costs.
Real-time Dynamic Adjustment of the Process
Based on high-precision and long-term stable oil vapor recovery flow meters, Kometech independently developed a fast and high-precision PID algorithm. This algorithm enables real-time dynamic adjustment of the proportional valve, maintaining long-term stability of the gas-liquid ratio data of the refueling machine and meeting national standards requirements. No frequent calibration is required.

Yuan’s oil vapor recovery flow meters have Bluetooth remote diagnostic functions. GLC210 Gas-Liquid Ratio Controller
- Each GLC210 can be connected to 2 VFM52 devices, and simultaneously monitor the gas-liquid ratio, oil-gas pressure, fueling speed flow, and oil-gas flow rate of 2 fueling guns.
- It can save the A/L data of the most recent 2000 valid fuelings, has a data traceability function, and prevents data loss.
- It has the function of shutting down the fueling gun or the fueling machine.
- It features a high-precision and fast PID algorithm of its own, achieving proportional valve closed-loop control and automatic adjustment of the gas-liquid ratio.
