Equipment Inspection Monitoring System
Composed of service software (web, mobile) and equipment inspection recorders
The “Equipment Inspection Monitoring System” uses Internet of Things technology to upload the real-time status of equipment operation to the cloud on the Internet. When there is an abnormality in the equipment, it notifies relevant personnel immediately to ensure the continuity of production operations; and based on the past equipment ledger, it analyzes and provides the most reasonable regular maintenance plan, automatically enters the inspection management data, and executes according to the system push every day.
This system consists of service software (web, mobile) and equipment inspection recorders. It realizes data communication through Internet of Things technology and automatically associates relevant responsible persons according to the system settings, effectively conducting data-based management of equipment.
Equipment Operation Management
“The Equipment Inspection Recorder” is the hardware of the system for data collection and is equipped with three colored lights with the European logo. The hardware provides three buttons, namely “Report for Repair”, “Maintenance”, and “Delivery”, which represent the current operating status of the equipment. Meanwhile, the colors of the three colored lights are “Red”, “Yellow”, and “Green”.
When the equipment operator encounters an abnormality with the equipment, they should press the “Report Repair” button at the appropriate time. The system will automatically send the repair information to the designated personnel and promptly notify the maintenance personnel to arrive at the scene and press the “Maintenance” button to start the repair operation. After the completion of the repair, the “Delivery” button should be pressed. Each person who triggers the “button” needs to input the relevant information about the current status of the equipment through the “Equipment Inspection Assistant” mobile app. Once each repair work order is completed, the maintenance report can be automatically exported and analysis results can be provided according to the user’s requirements.
Regular Maintenance Management
All production equipment needs to be maintained and serviced. Most enterprises conduct maintenance based on the operating data provided by the equipment or on a regular basis. “This system” provides intelligent analysis results based on the equipment’s startup rate, usage rate, the number of abnormal or faulty occurrences, the causes of faults, the location of faults, etc. It gives reasonable maintenance parameters and maintenance intervals, and notifies relevant personnel in advance to promptly carry out maintenance on the equipment.

Equipment Inspection Management
The equipment inspection standards are differentiated based on different types of equipment. The types of inspection operations can be classified as cleaning, lubrication, and inspection (inspection). However, the cycle for each inspection item is not uniform, resulting in insufficient execution of the operators.
The inspection module of the “Equipment Patrol Monitoring System” can import relevant inspection standards into the system. The system can automatically generate daily inspection tasks and push them to relevant personnel. During the operation process， operators can upload photos for record and automatically form inspection records. They can also quickly implement inspection items through QR codes.
