TGF260 thermal mass flowmeter adopts the principle of constant temperature difference. One probe measures the temperature Tl of the gas to be measured, and the other probe adds constant temperature difference △T on the basis of other temperatures TI. When the gas flows through the velocity probe and takes away the heat, it is necessary to compensate the electric power to keep the △T constant, and this compensated electric power is directly proportional to the gas mass flow: Qm=H/(Cp×AT)Qm is the mass flow; H is electric power.
