Calibration Services Supported by YUA Instruments
Sensors and electronic instruments may experience measurement drift, contamination, or mechanical wear during operation, affecting their accuracy, reliability, and service life. Regular maintenance and calibration using reliable, traceable reference standards are therefore essential.
YUA Instruments provides calibration support for FIX Instruments flow meters and dew point meters. Calibration is performed through the FIX Instruments calibration laboratory, where the equipment is maintained under an ISO 9001 quality management system and is traceable to applicable national standards. We assist customers with calibration arrangements, technical coordination, documentation, and after-service support.

3. Repair and Shipment
Once the repair proposal has been approved, we will arrange the repair promptly. Standard repairs are normally completed and shipped within 3–7 business days. If complex faults, special spare parts, or additional testing are involved, we will advise you of the estimated completion time in advance.

If you encounter any issues with product installation, parameter configuration, operation, data communication, or routine maintenance, our technical team or local authorized service partner will provide professional remote guidance and technical support.
